Then, demonstrating that I don't learn easily, I bought ANOTHER 5520, again because I had all this 564 ink around. Because I had so much $$$ in ink, I bought a 5520, thinking the newer model might work better. To my own shame, this is the THIRD Photo"Smart" 55x0 printer! I bought a 5510 and had the blank ink stop working. Spent an hour on the phone with HP tech, only to be told my call had to be escalated. Same problems as eveyrone else on this thread.
